The vendors of the goods purchased accept no responsibility for the use or condition of the item and this shall survive the completion of the sale. REMOVAL Items must be paid for in full 5 days after notification & removed by the date specified. The Auctioneers will not accept responsibility for items not collected by the specified removal date, noting that title only passes upon removal of lots from the premises. If a courier or transport company is sent to collect the items purchased it is essential that they are provided with the buyers name & number, the sale number and the invoice number/s and that the carrier has the resources/equipment and packaging etc to effect the removal. Items not collected by the specified date will be subject to a storage charge, payable by the Purchaser upon demand, prior to release of the goods. For any items exported, official proof of export MUST be submitted to the Auctioneers within 3 months of the export date to qualify for Sales Tax exemption.
